ATTENTION! Before first use, wash the wok with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. The wok is made of carbon steel, the best conductor of heat, and immediately reaches high temperatures, so avoid overheating it. Before each use, make sure to add enough liquid to cover the bottom of the wok. If you are not using the wok for boiling, coat its inner surface with a bit of oil before each use. Do not overheat the wok when it is empty and remove it from the stove before its contents evaporate. Low or medium heat is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. Do not use the wok at temperatures higher than 260ºC, and when cooking on induction or ceramic cooktops, the temperature should not exceed 180ºC.
