Before each use, make sure that enough liquid has been added to cover the bottom of the wok. If you are not using the wok for boiling, before each use, coat its inner surface with a bit of oil. Do not overheat the wok when it is empty, and remove it from the stove before its contents evaporate. Low or medium heat is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. Do not use the wok at temperatures higher than 260ºC, while for induction or ceramic cookers, the temperature should not exceed 180ºC.
