• Flat bottom with heat indicator - The bottom is flat and equipped with a heat indicator that changes color when the pan reaches the perfect cooking temperature. This ensures ideal conditions for cooking, frying, and simmering. The lighter shade of the thermo spot changes color at approximately 160°C and disappears completely at about 210°C. The thermal point protects the cookware from overheating, thus preserving its non-stick properties. It can be used for frying, simmering, and baking with minimal fat.
