• Flat bottom with heat indicator - The bottom is flat and equipped with a heat indicator that changes color when the pan reaches the perfect cooking temperature. This ensures ideal conditions for cooking, frying, and simmering. The lighter shade of the thermal point changes color at about 160°C and disappears completely at around 210°C. The thermal point protects the pan from overheating, thereby preserving its non-stick properties. It allows for frying, simmering, and baking with minimal use of fat.
• Comfortable, heat-resistant handle - Features a handle made of the highest quality, durable material in black, with the end covered in gray silicone.
