It can also be used for roasting a goose, thanks to its large capacity. The dimensions of the roasting pan with the lid, excluding handles, are 40 x 28 x 19 cm, while the handles measure 5 x 12 cm. The grill pan has internal dimensions of 38 x 25 x 6 cm and a capacity of 4 liters.
- SOLID - The roasting pan and grill pan are made from cast aluminum with a non-stick double granite PFLUON GRANIT coating, allowing for cooking with a minimal amount of fat. It retains heat exceptionally well, which helps to keep the temperature of the food for longer. The exterior is coated with a single layer of non-stick PTFE coating.
